They don't ask us passengers

Regarding the changes to the bus routes (Times, November 19), of course they never think to ask the passengers.

What about the 72 bus from Braintree to Chelmsford, which people are worried about as well?

Maltings Lane must have a bus, but why is the 72 stopping going to Chelmsford?

I and other people from Conrad Road catch this to get to Chelmsford and then have to get another bus into Broomfield Hospital.

If the 72 bus is stopping, that means three bus changes instead of two, making the journey longer.

After Christmas would have been bad enough, but to do it on December 7 is crazy when the cold weather is not good to wait in, as there are no bus shelters due to vandals.
