We have been giving away leaflets and various UKIP items at Braintree market now for three months on and off, and have just been informed by the market inspector that she has been asked by one of the councillors to refuse us permission to have our stall at the market anymore.

For the 14th year running, the EU Court of Auditors has severely criticised the “legality and regularity” of the European Union’s spending. Huge amounts of public money are unaccounted for.

Having read last week’s article about the restrictions on cars and taxis using Braintree High Street, I agree this is an oversight that should never had happened, as the disabled access to Braintree as a whole is woefully missing.

Oppose the incinerator

The figures finally published for the proposed incinerator at Rivenhall Airfield make alarming reading, with 360,000 tonnes of waste per annum to be burnt, including material that will release toxins.
