The changing face of Braintree
Look how things have changed.
BRIAN SUTTON, of Beckers Green Road, Braintree, took these photographs in the 1980s.
The first is of smoke billowing out from a factory that was ablaze in Lakes Road.
The second is the fields, which have now gone and the Tesco store at Marks Farm has been built in their place.
The third is of the sheep who have moved on and the A131 has been put in their place.
