WHY is it that it is getting increasingly difficult to contact anyone from Thurrock Council if you are not connected to the internet?
There must be hundreds of elderly and vulnerable people in this borough who are simply not online. Either through choice or more likely, they do not have money to spare to pay for an internet provider.
We are being let down by this council’s insistence that we communicate by email.
I am getting fed up with the fact that if you telephone the council, its automated answering system tells you to go to www.thurrock.gov.
