Calling all fearless 18 and over's, you are invited to an all-new, fully-immersive experience open to brave visitors for one night only this Halloween.

Ticket holders will be transported to the Sanford Project’s classified Chelmsford location.

After quarantine, subjects will be taken on a disturbing trail, encountering the Project’s horrors face-on.

Information about the Project is highly restricted but the team recently sent a reporter along to the project trials as a test subject.

He said: “I’m reporting back to this channel in the hope that my message will be received. The project began at the safe zone in Chelmsford and subject transportation began to the classified CM1 location.”

“On arrival the project seemed to be going to plan, however subjects in turn began displaying odd behaviours, which are continuing to worsen. Not all have been affected, the rest of us are in quarantine – and horror continues to spread.

“I hear whispers of the Project being reinstated for Halloween, where subjects will experience the horrors of the Project face-on – this is definitely not for the faint hearted.

“As lock down continues I fear I may be the next individual to fall victim. Are you prepared to face your fears and come to my rescue?”

The event, created by Chelmsford City Council’s award-winning events team, will take place on October 28.

Those lucky enough to survive will reach the Decontamination Ball, where food, drink and celebrations await. Fancy dress is positively encouraged and the best will be rewarded.

Tickets are priced at £25 and are available from Chelmsford Civic Theatre’s Box Office on 01245 606505 or via www.chelmsford.gov.uk/sandfordproject.

The Sandford Project is not suitable for those who are faint-hearted, pregnant or claustrophobic. Strobe light effects, smoke machines, loud noises and actor physical interaction will be used throughout the experience.
