Several men are wanted by police in connection with a mass brawl that took place outside Lakeside shopping centre, in Thurrock, at the weekend.

Police have shared images of people believed to be involved in the fight, which you can view above or much clearer in the video below, and are asking the public to help identify them.

An Essex Police spokesman said: "Police want to speak to the men pictured about a fight which took place outside McDonalds at Intu Lakeside at about 4pm on Sunday, June 18. 

"Police and Lakeside security staff responded to reports of a fight. They spoke to a group of people at the time and it was established they were not involved.

"Enquiries are ongoing and CCTV reviewed. Officers want to speak to the men pictured in connection with the incident."

The video of the incident, which was filmed by a passerby using his mobile phone, went viral on social media attracting more than 300,000 views and thousands of shares.

The shopping centre confirmed they were aware of the incident and that it had fizzled out by the time their security guards arrived. They have urged anyone with information to contact police.
