STUDENTS at a city held a production of Sister Act.
The Boswells School Performing Arts Department was transformed into a church and convent as part of the Year 10’s BTEC Performing Arts and Production course.
The students embarked on a workshop performance based on the hit movie and musical ‘Sister Act’.
Twenty-seven students worked together to create the set, costumes, props, lighting and performance as part of their studies.
Head of Performing Arts Paul Butler said: "The students have been developing their skills in both the production and performing disciplines since the start of Year 10 and have worked on this production for the last 12 weeks or so. They have all pulled together to create an excellent piece of work."
The students performed to two packed audiences who thoroughly enjoyed the performances and all of its production values.
