PLANS to turn a former beauty salon into a convenience store have been approved by Thurrock Council.
Mo Sangera's project to bring Corringham Grocers to new premises in Woodbrooke Way, in Corringham was approved by planning officers.
A spokesman for the council says that work must go ahead within three years of being granted planning permission, and that Mr Sangera must apply for an alcohol licence.
