Woman, 30s, dies after crash on Chelmsford main road
A WOMAN crossing the road sadly died after being in collision with a car.
The incident happened in Roxwell Road, Chelmsford, near the BP garage, just after 7pm on Tuesday, February 14.
A woman in her 30s from Chelmsford was in collision with a red Citroen C2, which was heading into Chelmsford, as she crossed the road.
She suffered serious injuries and was flown to hospital, but sadly died yesterday, Thursday February 23.
Anyone who witnessed the crash, has dashcam footage or has any information about the incident is asked to contact Pc Jenny Pirie from the Serious Collision Investigation.
