Heritage Watch group will help protect historical sites from crimes
A HERITAGE Watch group was launched in Grays with a special event.
Heritage Watch is a scheme led by Essex Police about protecting historical sites through heritage crimes.
The Fire Service and Neighbourhood Watch organisations are also involved.
Heritage crime is any crime committed against heritage sites and artefacts.
There are already groups like this around the UK.
The group will help fight against crimes at historical sites.
