A house in Southend which was empty due to fire damage has been raided by opportunistic burglars.
Police are appealing for information after the home in North Avenue was broken into between April 2 and 7.
The house had been left secure, but intruders forced open the front door to enter the property.
They stole a number of items, including a TV.
