A TALL ship in all its elegance and glory glides past the giant quay cranes at the London Gateway superport.
This is one of around 50 vessels making their way up the Thames from Falmouth, Cornwall, this week for the four-day Tall Ship Regatta at Royal Greenwich.
The Dutch-built Stad Amsterdam is shown in this picture, taken on Monday from Coalhouse Fort, East Tilbury, by DAVID MEACHAM from the Stanford Air Cadets.
*Send us your pictures of the ships as they pass. Email matt.abbott@nqe.com and we'll add them to a gallery!
