A housing association has achieved a one star rating from a public services watchdog.
The Audit Commission said Greenfields Community Housing provides a ‘fair’ service with ‘promising prospects for improvement.’ It awards star ratings on a scale from zero to three.
Greenfields’ chief executive, Phil Adams, said he was pleased the Commission recognised the strong progress Greenfields had made since it started up in November 2007.
Although disappointed with some of the inspection team’s judgments, the housing association was committed to delivering all of the inspectors’ recommendations, he added.
