DEMOLITION of a house to be replaced with three new ones will go ahead following a successful appeal.
A bid was submitted to Maldon District Council to demolish an existing house in Esplanade, Mayland and replace it with three new ones with associated garages.
The council initially turned down the application last year, but this was appealed which was approved by a planning inspector on July 26.
The plans will be carried out within the next few months.
