A MAN has been charged in connection with a double stabbing.
Police were called to Hesper Road, Colchester, just after 12.45am on Saturday, October 29, after two men were found injured.
They were taken to hospital for treatment, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
Unemployed Michael Irving, of Frank Cater Close, Colchester, was arrested on Thursday in Clacton.
He has been charged with two counts of GBH and being unlawfully at large and appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
The 19-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on January 3.
An 18-year-old woman from Clacton and a 19 year-old man from Brightlingsea were previously arrested in connection with the investigation and are currently on bail until Monday, December 12.
The man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and the woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
