A woman's love of the outdoors has seen her feature on the TV.
Holly Hilder, 38, set up Holly’s Forest Sessions in 2013 after taking the Level Three forest school leader qualifications at the Green Light Trust in Lawshall.
The sessions are held in the north Essex and south Suffolk areas, including Bures, Lamarsh and Henny, and allow children to enjoy the great outdoors.
Children learn bushcraft, woodland crafts, campfire cooking, foraging, rope walks, shelter building, flora and fauna identification and more.
Holly said: “As a family we have always spent all our spare time in the great outdoors doing wild camping, canoeing, cycling and hiking."
