Granddad mourns loss of medals after ebay buyer fails to pay up
A granddad is mourning the loss of five war medals after an eBay buyer failed to pay up.
Peter Healey is warning others not to send items out to buyers until payment has been received.
The Tiptree resident put his father’s five First World War medals on eBay to raise money to help pay towards his two grandchildren’s university fees.
Mr Healey had asked for £3,000 to help towards his grandchildren’s £28,000 university costs.
