A roofer has been left frustrated after trying to book a doctors appointment for a month with no success.
Jamie Patrick, 24, of Alexandra Road, Sible Hedingham, tried to book an evening appointment at Hilton House Surgery in Swan Street at the beginning of November because of a persistent cough and was told to wait a fortnight.
The day before the evening appointment, which is only available on certain weekdays, he said he received a letter to say that it needed to be changed to a morning a couple of days later.
When he rang up to explain that the appointment needed to be in the evening after work otherwise he had to take off, another booking was made for a fortnight later.
The same thing happened again.
