SHOPPERS were out in force for a Christmas market in Dedham.
As well as craft stalls, games and hot festive food, Santa had set up a grotto on the village square for children to enjoy.
A selection of Christmas trees was also on show at Dedham Parish Church.
Proceeds from the event will go towards Dedham Primary School.
Organiser Kim Spencer was delighted with how the day went.
She said: “It seemed to be very successful and everyone who came was very happy with what was on offer.
“I have been organising it for 15 years now so it is a tradition which has become quite well established and it is always well supported."
