ARGUABLY one of the most entertaining groups from the 1960s and 70s are returning to Clacton.
The Barron Knights will be performing favourites and parodies, including Killer Queen spoof Will Camilla be Queen, their version of the William Tell Overture and Flamenco party piece Malaguana.
Nicknamed “The Guvnors” because of their musicianship, harmonies and humour, The Barron Knights are the only group to have toured with both The Beatles and twice with The Rolling Stones.
They have also played the London Palladium a record 334 times.
Tickets for the show, at the West Cliff Theatre on Saturday at 7.30pm, cost £15.50 and are available on 01255 433344.
