From the Promenade Park to the High Street’s quirky restaurants, tales of viking battles and the sight of the barges along the Hythe Quay, there are many things that draw visitors to Maldon.
Now, as Maldon District Council launches a £375,000 bid to turn the Maldon district into a “first class visitor destination”, residents are sharing their own reasons for loving their town and district and why they are proud to be a Maldonian.
