Investigation into attack on mourners at High Woods Country Park continues
SIX people arrested following a gang attack on a mourning family in High Woods Country Park have been given police bail.
The parents, and three children aged 11 to 17, were holding a service in memory of a stillborn baby by the lake at 6.30pm on Wednesday, July 23.
Passers-by made comments to them before attacking them.
Six people arrested in connection with the attack, ranging from 14 to 26-years old, answered police bail last week and were told to return next month while investigations continue.
