Find out how to live a quiet life

RESIDENTS of the Maldon district can find out how to live a green and peaceful life during Noise Action Week.

Maldon District Council's environmental and planning officers will offer advice on how to protect the environment and respect your neighbours during the national event, which runs from May 19 to 23.

Residents will also be able to access advice about getting permission for micro wind generation, quieter green' cars, and solving neighbour noise nuisance.

There will also be a competition for residents to win the AAA rated, quietest dishwasher in the world from EPUK.

Officers will be available all week between 10am and 2pm in the recpetion area of the council's offices in Princes Road, Maldon.
