CHILDREN and councillors enjoyed the sunshine at a new £60,000 playground.
The equipment at Spa Road in Witham was officially unveiled this morning.
It includes climbing frames, a roundabout suitable for youngsters in wheelchairs and a bicycle track, as well as safety flooring made of recycled car tyres.
Braintree Council invested £40,000 in the site and Witham Town Council gave £20,000.
