Witham: Friends raise thousands of pounds for charity
A group of friends who have been affected by cancer have raised thousands of pounds for charity.
Agness O'Brien, 45, of Feering Hill, and her friends organised fundraising events in Feering, Kelvedon and Coggeshall, in aid of the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, and raised a total of £7,500.
Mrs O’Brien and her husband Michael, 40, hosted a curry night called ‘Get Curried Away’ at The Orangery, Prested Hall, Feering, and collected more than £3,800.
