Braintree district: Unemployment hits all time high
Unemployment has hit a year-long high, yet there are still jobs that need filling in Braintree and Witham.
According to the Jobcentre Plus, there are 82 jobs within a two-mile radius of Braintree and 54 vacancies within the same radius of Witham.
Positions include administrators, receptionists, truck drivers, carers, cleaners and bar staff.
However, some people are still struggling to find suitable work.
