Traffic lights fail after being damaged in accident
A set of traffic lights on a main road in Witham have stopped working after being damaged in an accident.
The lights are located on Newland Street and were damaged earlier this afternoon.
A set of temporary replacements have been installed.
Essex Highways have warned residents to expect delays near the lights, which are located at Newland Street's junction with Maldon Road.
