Not long to go until Witham crowns its carnival court for the coming year.
The selection dance, at which the new court will be chosen, takes place on Saturday, March 24, at Maltings Academy.
At the event, a Queen, Princess, Prince and Rosebud Queen will all be crowned, and will then go on to represent the town at civic events throughout the year.
Entrants are still being accepted, but must live in the CM8 postcode.
