A woman was flown to hospital after collapsing.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to Meadow Park, in Braintree, at just after 9am yesterday after a report that the patient had collapsed and seriously ill.
A spokesman said: "Our control room staff dispatched a rapid response vehicle (RRV), which was on the scene in four minutes and an ambulance which was there shortly afterwards as well as the Essex Air Ambulance."
The woman was taken to Queen's Hospital in Romford.
