A TEEN who recently passed her driving test was shocked to find out her car had been stolen.
Hermione Walton, of Black Notley, passed her test in January.
Her mum Juliet had bought her a mini Green Fiat 500 for her 17th birthday, back in July.
Hermione, of Constable Way, went to leave for college at 7.30am on Thursday when she realised her car was not on the drive.
Mum Juliet said: “It just makes me so angry, 17-year-olds have such high excess.
“I’m driving her to college at the moment.
“Police have said there has been a spate of small car thefts and the Fiat garage said one had been reported stolen the previous evening.”
Call police on 101.
