A two-vehicle crash on the A120 caused havoc for drivers last night.
The crash happened at about 9pm between Galleys Corner and Panners Farm.
Essex Police and the ambulance service attened the incident.
Two sets of cutting equipment were used to release the casualties by 10.06pm.
Both casualties were left in the care of the ambulance service.
