Woman arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence
A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence after a disturbance in Witham.
Police were called to Spa Road, Witham, just after 8am this morning after concerns were raised regarding someone's welfare.
Two women were found at an address with injuries.
One was taken to hospital for treatment as well as a mental health assessment.
The other, a 22-year-old, was arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence and is currently in custody.
