A MAN was taken to hospital after suffering a severe allergic reaction when he was stung by a wasp.
Two ambulance crews and the Herts Air Ambulance were called to Ongar Road in Great Dunmow at 9.13am on Friday.
The man was reported to be unconscious after being stung by a wasp.
The crews treated a man in his 50s who had regained consciousness after being administered adrenaline at the scene.
He was taken to Broomfield Hospital for further treatment.
