A WOMAN in her twenties has been taken to hospital with facial injuries after an accident involving a tractor in Terling.

An ambulance and ambulance officer were called to the collision at 10.08am on Terling Hall Road where one vehicle had overturned.

Police were also in attendance at the incident which involved a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a tractor.

The roof had to be removed from the car by the fire service using specialist cutting equipment to release the driver trapped inside.

A young woman was then taken by ambulance to Broomfield Hospital for further care.

The incident has now been cleared.
