Free gym facilities at Newlands Shopping Centre
Free gym facilities will be available next week in celebration of National Fitness Day.
DS Fitness Experience in Newlands Shopping Centre, Witham, will be offering the local community free use of its gym facilities on Wednesday 9 September.
The gym will also be offering free health checks and fitness and nutrition advice on the day. Those interested in joining after the trial will be able to do so without the usual joining fee.
