Airline ranked as most environmentally friendly
An airline has been ranked the most environmentally friendly by Stansted Airport.
Ryanair recorded a compliance of over 99 per cent for noise abatement over the 2014-2015 period with over 100,000 flights recorded.
This makes it the most environmentally friendly airline out of all 26 that operate out of London Stansted Airport.
Ryanair’s Chief Operations Officer, Mick Hickey said: ”Ryanair is pleased to once again set the standard in airline operations, at what is the largest of our 72 base airports across Europe.”
