A PLANNING appeal has been lodged after the council refused to allow a couple to build an extension.
Gerald Barnett and his wife, of Queen Street, Coggeshall, applied to build a single storey sun room and extension to their dining room.
Braintree Council refused the application on the grounds that it would overlook other properties.
The appeal can be viewed at planningportal.gov.uk/pcs with the reference number APP/Z1510/D/15/3121549.
