Overnight works to improve A12 between Witham and Kelvedon welcomed by MP
Works which will close off the northbound A12 between Witham and Kelvedon will go ahead next week.
The five-day works will improve the northbound carriageway between junctions 22 and 23 from Monday and will take place overnight between 9pm and 6am.
The northbound carriageway will be closed during these times.
Witham MP Priti Patel said: "Works to improve the surface of the A12 are welcome and needed.
"These works on the A12 between Witham and Kelvedon will improve the surface and address complaints which I have received from constituents.
"While work is undertaken this stretch of road will need to be closed and I would advise anyone planning to travel during the times affected to make alternative arrangements."
