Villagers have formed a committee to deal with problems resulting from the A120.

Some Bradwell residents were disappointed when the new parish council did not reappoint the A120 Committee started by the late Bob Biggs.

Former parish councillor Renee Hockley-Byam said those living alongside the busy road experienced problems other villagers did not necessarily understand.

She said: “Apart from the fact that it’s a very busy, noisy road, there is a huge drainage issue which Bob Biggs was working with the Highways Agency on.

“The A120 Committee also used to be contacted by the Highways Agency and told when roadworks were going to happen.

“That’s not going to happen now but hopefully we are going to get in touch with them.”

The group will call a meeting at Bradwell Village Hall in order to form the association in the near future.
