A professional golfer is trading his buggy for a bike to cycle to Brussels for charity.
Bill Chapman, PGA golf professional at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre in Witham, hopes to smash his £2,000 target with his 336-mile, four-day trip from London to Brussels on May 27.
The ride will complete Mr Chapman’s year of fundraising for Parkinson’s UK, for which he has already raised £1,622 with quiz nights, charity bike rides, tea parties and raffles.
