A third man has been charged in connection with a burglary in which a car and jewellery worth £31,000 was stolen.
A black Audi TT RS Quattro was taken after intruders broke into an address in Harebell Drive, Witham, at about 10.20am on March 17.
Michael O’Brien, 21, of Long Green, Cressing, was arrested at an address in Basildon on March 25.
He was charged with burglary and the theft of the Audi and jewellery together valued at £31,000.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
Vincent O’Brien, 19 and James Maughan, 24, both of Long Green, Cressing, were charged with burglary after they were arrested in Romford on March 17.
They appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on March 19 and were remanded in custody to Chelmsford Crown Court on May 26.
