Police investigate incident in Rosemary Avenue in Braintree after blood found on pavement
Police cordoned off Rosemary Avenue in Braintree this morning after a man was found with serious head injuries shortly before 3am.
The man, who is local and in his 60s, was taken to Royal London Hospital for treatment where he remains in a critical condition.
Police are investigating the circumstances and remain at the scene.
