Some children need a helping hand in life.
Essex charity, Wipe Away Those Tears, is doing its best to help children across the county who need life changing equipment and experiences in their darkest hour.
It was set up in January 2007 by Gail and Jason O'Shea.
Among those to be helped is Chloe Alliker, ten, who suffers from hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
Wipe Away Those Tears bought her a wheelchair, as she had been borrowing one from the Red Cross.
Read her story in Thursday's Braintree and Witham Times.
