Parents often display their children's artwork on the fridge.
But seven-year-old Jude Holland has bagged his first public exhibition and caught the eye of gallery staff at Tate Britain.
Jude has an exhibition, Jude Art Expo: Bardfield Series, at The Vine pub in Great Bardfield.
It features his interpretations of The Vine, Danny's butcher's shop, the fountain, the town hall and some well-known characters.
The little cartoonist, whose parents Rachel Yates and Martyn Holland are not artists, also drew portraits of customers on the launch night in return for donations for Essex Air Ambulance and raised £60.
