More than 2,000 artefacts charting the history of a world famous company are to become part of an international archive.

Documents, catalogues and photographs charting the fortunes of Crittalls over the 20th century are being collated as part of a project involving Crittall, Braintree District Museum Trust Ltd and Braintree Council.

Members of the public who have any material related to Crittalls can also donate items to archive at the project’s launch event on November 29 from 2.30pm to 4pm at the Manor Street museum.

They can also have a look at the items already collected.
