Artist Grayson Perry given honorary doctorate

Turner Prize winner Grayson Perry is awarded an honorary doctorate by Colchester Institute.
CELEBRATED Turner Prize winner Grayson Perry became "a member of the establishment" as he was awarded an honorary doctorate by Colchester Institute.
The controversial artist, who studied at Braintree College as a teenager and who specialises in ceramics, was given the honour at the graduation ceremony on Saturday at Colchester Town Hall.

It would be good if the VAF could put on an exhibition of Grayson Perry's work, but I fear the insurance would be too expensive.
