Volunteers are needed to keep the Essex coastline tidy.

The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), working on behalf of Essex County Council, will launch its Essex Coastal Wardens Scheme, tomorrow at Cudmore Grove, East Mersea.

Volunteers can get involved in beach cleans, litter picks,  habitat management, coastal monitoring surveys and educational events.

Tomorrow's event will run from 10.30am until 3pm.

Or to join the Essex Coastal Wardens Scheme, call 01206 764470 or email e.webb@tcv.org.uk.
