A long jumper got teenagers moving and motivated.
British champion JJ Jegede, a Team GB athlete, worked with BTEC sport and GCSE PE pupils at New Rickstones Academy in Conrad Road, Witham, as
part of The Sky Sports Project.
Sally Pasquale, head of PE, said: “Students were very attentive and asked lots of questions.
“Our students are benefiting from visiting athletes and mentors which helps to reinforce the Olympic and Paralympic legacy and values.”
