Witham: Carnival set to have an enchanted theme
Next year’s carnival will have an enchanted garden theme, say its organisers.
The Witham Carnival, held in July, will also feature music from local acts.
As the planning of the carnival kicks off, the committee that organises it is appealing for more volunteers to come on board and ensure the show goes on.
Three positions are now vacant on the committee, which urgently need to be filled.
Members are expected to attend committee meetings, on the second Thursday of every month at 8pm, at Monni’s, in Newland Street, Witham.
The next meeting will take place on October 11.
