A mad science show has captured the imaginations of schoolchildren.

National Grid volunteers put on an impressive show for youngsters at Stisted Primary School, in The Street, Stisted, which included static electricity stunts.

They also had the chance to become human light bulbs and participate in plasma ball experiments, and were taught valuable lessons about energy, science and safety.
